Are you a history teacher looking for free curriculum resources that integrate Information and Communication Technology (ICT) into your Ancient History lesson content in a meaningful way for students?

If so, Digital Spring Media has developed just the resources for you.

In 2000, the "Future of the Past" national report highlighted the need to strengthen ICT skills in history teaching. DSM accepted this challenge and developed the five CDs in the Spring InTo Ancient Times CD Series. The CD series includes:

Spring InTo History in an Information Age CD

Spring InTo Ancient Rome CD
Spring InTo Ancient China CD

  • each CD develops students Internet skills and has three identified history outcomes and ICT skills which are demonstrated through an integrated eProject
  • each CD includes original music, anachronism artwork, primary source images, and a Black Line Master revision/extension activity
